Master Halco Gives Back (Again!)

Written by FenceView | Apr 20, 2022 11:03:25 PM

During our fiscal month of May, Master Halco partners with local and national charities to make a difference in our communities.

“2021 was our inaugural year of Master Halco Gives Back,” said Gary Saletrik, Master Halco’s Director of Marketing. “It was amazing to see our associates, contractors, and vendors engage with these community organizations. We're excited to do it again for 2022!”

For every order placed in fiscal May, Master Halco will donate a percentage of sales to these important causes.

Charities selected range from children's hospitals to veteran services, food banks to animal shelters, and many more.

- SPOTLIGHT ON A FEW OF OUR CHOSEN CHARITIES -

Hank's Heroes - Chosen by our Seattle Branch

Hank's Heroes Foundation provides the All Go No Quit scholarship in memory of Christan Dowling. This offers qualified, female high school athletes who demonstrate standout leadership on their teams, advance and support opportunities for others around them, and humbly as they lift up those around them.

Casa of Travis County - Chosen by our Austin Branch

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Travis County speaks up for children who’ve been abused or neglected by empowering our community to volunteer as advocates for them in the court system.

Turtle Shelter Project - Chosen by our Salt Lake City Branch

Returning for 2022!

Founded by Jen Spencer, sister of Salt Lake City Branch Manager, James Shannon, the Turtle Shelter Project produces vests that help keep people experiencing homelessness from freezing to death. These inexpensive, high-tech foam vests can keep a person warm to 10 degrees below zero during the freezing cold winter weather.

We are so thrilled to bring back our annual charity event for the second year in a row!
